Frequently Asked Questions

Items will be shipped through USPS and UPS depending on your location and chosen shipping speed. Items will be shipped 3 to 4 weeks after your order has been placed.

Standard shipping takes between 3-7 days to arrive but could take longer due to reasons outside of our control.

Express shipping takes 1-3 days to arrive but could take longer due to reasons outside of our control. 

Any issues regarding delayed delivery due to problems within the shipping company are not our responsibility. Please contact either USPS or UPS (whichever company your tracking number is for) for questions regarding the delivery and shipment of your order.

Once items leave our facility, they are no longer our responsibility.

Since items are handmade to your specific measurements, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any items. *Refunds will not be given due to incorrect measurements. Please double check that your measurements are correct before checking out*

Items are eligible for a refund if they arrived damaged or the wrong item completely. Please contact us at immediately after receiving the damaged item with pictures of the damage included.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items are only eligible for return if the item is damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item completely. We will exchange your item free of any extra shipping cost, and send you a prepaid return label for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please give an additional 3 weeks for exchange items to be made, and shipped after sending the faulty item back to us. You can always contact us for any return questions at

LushByLeah is a made-to-measure brand. This means that each piece is tailored to your specific measurements.

Each product will require you to input a specific measurement in order to be made.

We are currently not taking custom designs. However, we are able take alternate color request for items currently on the site, and request for items seen on our Instagram that are not listed on the site.
